Before I Do July 2016 Edition Event Briefing Reminder

We urge you to send one qualified representative from your office on June 9, 2016 to avoid any problems that may arise during the fair specially during ingress and egress.
To be discussed are BIR requirements for exhibitors, exhibit rules and regulations and new rates for 2016. Distribution of important documents, collaterals and complimentary tickets are done during the briefing. It is also time for you to ask questions and clarifications regarding any concerns with your participation.
If you are a first time exhibitor, tips on what to do and how to set up will also be discussed to help you come up with your own booth design for the fair.
Layout for September and November 2016 will be distributed during the briefing if you haven’t received one yet. Other exhibitors have booked your exhibit space already. To reserve your favorite slots, kindly bring your down payment and post dated checks.
