We urge you to send one qualified representative from your office on September 10, 2015 to avoid any problems that may arise during the fair specially during ingress and egress. To be discussed are BIR requirements for exhibitors, exhibit rules and regulations. Distribution of importan documents, collaterals and complimentary tickets are done during the briefing. It is also time for asking questions and clarifications regarding any concerns with the fair.If you are a first time exhibitor, tips on what to do and how to set up will also be discussed to help you come up with your own booth set up for the fair.Layout for November 2015 will be distributed during the briefing.
