Profile: From a shop that started very small, Mhira-Oliver has come a long way. We have been in the business for quite sometime and started making our name for our own by getting deals from the Philippines biggest network, ABS-CBN. Our humble, dynamic and genuine design with more ingenious ideas than ever before, over 1000 choices in floral arrangements are made available with more ease and efficiency. We are, after all, one of the best floral designer and arranger in the business.

Consistently striving to guarantee satisfaction not only for the recipient of the gifts but also the giver themselves, we continuously revamp our designs and services and recently we finally setup a fully e-commerce website, making online shopping more user-friendly and comprehensive. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) was also integrated into the website to provide an end-to-end e-fulfillment solution, making it easier to receive feedback and thereby increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Parallel to this development, a 24/7 email support and a hotline center were introduced to reduce customers’ frustration of holding onto the phone by offering a call-back service and sending an email or SMS confirmation upon successful deliveries.

The real reward to all our efforts is the satisfaction of our customers. Growing from strength to strength, we are inspired to serve the Philippines customer and now starting to look forward for the Asia Pacific Region. 

With our sights set on expansion and a never ending growth we will be launching few branches in Manila and setting our target to go globally by mid-2014. On our continuous quest to enable hassle-free ordering of flowers on-the-go, our mobile app “PH Florist” will be launch in 2013 so that our customers can experience convenience at their finger tips.
