A little preparation goes a long way. Read this guide before you attend — you'll leave with more meaningful connections, better quotes, and fewer awkward moments at the booths.
Section 01
Exhibitors are professionals who are here to find the right client — not just any client. The more prepared you are, the more productive the conversation.
If you haven't started planning yet, that's completely fine. Just be upfront about it. Exhibitors appreciate honesty — it helps them give you the right advice for where you are in the process.
If you're coming as a group, please gather your whole group before approaching the registration counter. This keeps the queue moving smoothly and ensures everyone gets processed together.
Register on Eventbrite before the event to skip the queue at the door. You can show your e-ticket straight from your phone — no printing needed. If you prefer a printed copy, scratch paper works perfectly — let's be kind to Mother Earth and skip the fresh A4 sheets.
On-site registration is welcome at ₱50 per person. Seniors and kids under 4 feet tall enter free. Pre-registering on Eventbrite is the easiest way to avoid the entrance queue.
The venue is pet-friendly — your fur babies are welcome to join! Just make sure they're on a leash or in a carrier, and are wearing a diaper inside the fair grounds.
Don't ask the organizers to reopen online registration after the deadline has passed. It's unfair to those who followed the schedule and registered on time.
Start with a warm introduction — practice the 3 G's: grip, grin, greet. A firm handshake, a genuine smile, and a proper introduction go a long way in establishing rapport.
Be honest about where you are in your planning. Share your date, guest count, budget range, and what you're still looking for — even rough estimates are helpful to the vendor.
If you're not interested in a vendor's service, say so politely. A simple "Thank you, I'll keep your card" is kinder than stringing them along.
Collect flyers, brochures, and business cards only from exhibitors you're genuinely considering. Exhibitors prepare limited materials for serious prospects.
Don't pit exhibitors against each other in a bidding war just to drive down prices. Wedding exhibitor rates are what they are to ensure proper delivery of service on your big day. Negotiation is fine; pressure tactics are not.
If you are a fellow wedding supplier attending as a guest, do not pitch your services to other attendees or to exhibitors on the floor. Solicitations are not allowed within the fair premises. You're welcome to rent a booth space or simply observe.
Before I Do Bridal Fair attracts a very specific market — soon-to-wed couples, debut families, and anniversary clients. Exhibitors here are focused on building genuine client relationships, not leads for other suppliers.
Food and drink samples are one of the highlights of any bridal fair — but they're meant for serious prospects, not unlimited snacking.
Accept a sample graciously, taste it thoughtfully, and ask questions if you're genuinely interested — about pricing, minimum orders, customization options, and availability for your date.
If you love what you tasted, tell the vendor! That's exactly the kind of feedback that leads to productive conversations about booking.
Don't linger at a food booth to repeatedly take samples without engaging. Samples are there for decision-making, not as a free buffet. Take what you need, taste, and move on.
Don't grab samples for friends or family who aren't with you on the floor. Each booth prepares a calculated number of samples for the fair's duration.
Interested in our food tasting partner? If you haven’t booked a caterer yet and would like to sample the food of our food tasting partner at the fair, you need to be a registered guest. Registration is free — register here before you visit.
Always ask permission before taking photos of an exhibitor's booth, display setups, food presentations, or portfolio pieces. Most exhibitors will say yes — and some will even help you get the best shot. But proprietary designs and custom displays are intellectual property, and it's a matter of respect to ask first.
Feel free to take photos of yourself, your partner, or your group at the fair — especially those "fair day" moments. We love seeing couples have a great time!
Share your fair experience on social media — and when you do, tag the exhibitors whose booths you photographed. It's a simple gesture that helps small businesses get discovered, and it turns your post into a collaborative story, not just a personal diary.
Don't post photos of a vendor's work or booth without tagging them. If you're not sure of their handle, ask at the booth — they'll be happy to give it to you.
When you post your fair photos, use these tags so everyone gets discovered — and so your followers can find their dream exhibitors too:
Then tag the specific vendor or exhibitor in the post or photo — check their booth for their Facebook or Instagram handle, or look them up on the Browse All Vendors.
Use "Excuse me," "Pardon me," or "Makikiraan po" when navigating through crowded areas. A little courtesy makes the experience better for everyone.
If there's a line for a popular booth, ask where it ends and fall in line. Vendors appreciate guests who respect the process.
Plan your visit strategically — check the Who's at This Fair before arriving so you know who's there and which booths to prioritize.
Before I Do Bridal Fair is intentionally intimate — under 100 exhibitors. That means shorter lines and more personal time at each booth. No need to rush.
We welcome fellow exhibitors as guests — it's a great way to observe, connect, and learn. A few things to keep in mind:
You're welcome to attend as a guest observer, browse, and collect literature from exhibitors you're genuinely interested in connecting with as peers.
If you want to work the floor and be known as an exhibitor, rent a booth space. That's the right way to be present professionally.
Do not solicit or pitch your own services to other attendees or to exhibitors within the fair premises. Solicitations are strictly not allowed inside the event, regardless of who you're approaching.
If you're an event organizer, please don't use the floor to recruit exhibitors to your own events — that's a conversation better had after the fair. You're absolutely welcome to pick up brochures or business cards from booths that interest you and reach out once the event is over. Just keep the floor clear of cross-event transactions out of respect for everyone present.
For any questions or concerns during the fair, approach the Before I Do team at the Organizer's booth near the stage. We're always happy to help direct you to the right exhibitor or clarify event details.
For pre-event questions, reach us through our Contact page via call, text, email, or Viber. We respond Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm.
The goal of Before I Do Bridal Fair is to help couples build their dream team at the fair. If something isn't working — a long wait, a confusing layout, an exhibitor concern — let us know. Your feedback makes the next edition better.
