PSA Documents You Can
Request Online

Birth certificate, CENOMAR, marriage certificate, and more — what each PSA document is for, and how to order them online for delivery, without lining up at an office.

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is the government agency that maintains and issues the country's civil registry documents. These are required for passport applications, employment, school enrollment, marriage, banking, visa processing, and many other legal purposes.

Today, Filipinos can conveniently request several PSA documents online through authorized channels — without needing to visit a physical office.

What the PSA Does

As the central statistical authority of the government, the PSA manages civil registration services, national statistics, census data, and official demographic records — handling millions of records involving births, marriages, deaths, and other civil registry transactions.

Documents You Can Request

📄

PSA Birth Certificate

One of the most requested documents in the country — needed for passports, school enrollment, employment, marriage license applications, government transactions, and visas. It carries your full name, date and place of birth, parent information, and citizenship details.

💍

PSA Marriage Certificate

Proof of marriage, commonly needed for visa applications, updating marital status, insurance claims, spousal benefits, and bank or government transactions. It shows the spouses' names, the date and place of marriage, and the officiating officer.

🕊️

PSA Death Certificate

Often required for insurance claims, estate settlement, closing bank accounts, pension processing, and legal documentation. It contains the cause, date, and place of death and the deceased's personal details.

📜

CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage Record)

Certifies that a person has no recorded marriage in the PSA database. Commonly required for marriage license applications, overseas employment, immigration requirements, and visa processing.

🗂️

CENODEATH (Certificate of No Death Record)

Verifies that a person has no recorded death certificate in PSA records — useful for pension claims, identity verification, and legal proceedings.

📋

Advisory on Marriages

Contains a person's marriage history, often requested for immigration applications, foreign embassy requirements, and legal verification.

How to Request PSA Documents Online

You can request documents through authorized channels such as the PSA Helpline and PSA Serbilis. The process is simple:

Fill Out the Online Application

Choose an authorized channel — the PSA Helpline or PSA Serbilis — and complete the application form. Make sure every detail exactly matches existing PSA records to avoid delays.

Provide Delivery Information

Enter the delivery address where you want the document sent. This is especially convenient for overseas Filipinos and anyone who cannot visit a PSA office.

Pay the Required Fees

Settle the fees through the channel's accepted payment options, and keep your reference and receipt for tracking.

Wait for Home Delivery

Your certified PSA document is processed and delivered to your address — no queues, no office visit required.

What You May Need

A valid government-issued ID
An authorization letter, if requesting on behalf of another person
Supporting documents, depending on the type of request
Tip: Always make sure the information you enter exactly matches existing PSA records. Mismatched names or dates are a common cause of delay.

Why Request Online

Convenient home delivery
Faster processing and less time in queues
Accessible nationwide — and helpful for overseas Filipinos

Before You Request

Verify that your names are spelled correctly, your birth date is accurate, and your civil status information is updated. If you discover an error in a PSA document, you will need to file a correction with the Local Civil Registrar first — and if you are getting married, review the requirements for a marriage license so you know exactly which PSA documents to order. You can learn more through the PSA Civil Registration Services page.
